Garden Centre Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our forward-thinking family owned company, which is committed to growing and developing our business to the highest standards. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic individual to assist run our dynamic Springtime Site. The successful candidate will need excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to motivate a team, and be commercially minded with a passion for retail. The successful candidate should be prepared to be very hands on, with excellent customer service and a high standard of visual merchandising is required as is previous management experience. Experience with plants/horticulture would be preferred but is not essential. Must haves

Garden Centre Assistants

We are currently recruiting for Garden Centre Assistants to work at our garden centre. Our centre is extremely fast-paced. Successful candidates should be physically fit as this is a very hands-on role. Experience in retail would be preferred however, full training will be provided where necessary.

Job duties will include

• Pricing Product
• Displaying & merchandising of a variety of products and plants
• Assisting customers with their purchases
• General housekeeping
• Quality customer service
