We are seeking friendly elves with a real passion for the theatrical, willing to go that extra mile to make our grotto festively special. Ideal candidates will have a natural ability to interact with the public and a flair for entertainment.
Performers & Entertainers
Our grotto is in need of theatrical performers to bring the magic of Christmas alive for each of our visitors as they move through the interactive Christmas Wonderland. We are also interested to hear from entertainers, street performers and buskers who feel they have a particular skill that might add to the magic of our festive grotto atmosphere. Elderly Gentleman
Jolly gentleman are required for numerous positions within our impressively busy Christmas grotto. We are searching for confident individuals with spirited personalities to interact and engage with our guests to make their visit absolutely magical.
Enthusiastic Christmas Staff
Vacancies are also available for a range of roles required to assist within our grotto, Christmas market, shop floor and till areas. Successful candidates will need to be exuberant, reliable and personable with excellent customer service skills.
Santa Express Train Drivers
Our Christmas Wonderland requires a number of fantastical train drivers to lead our visitors on the Santa Express through an array of magical Christmas lands on their way to destination grotto. No previous driving experience or qualifications needed.
Ice Skaters
Experienced ice skaters are required for an indoor skating rink within our busy Christmas grotto.
General Assitant - Plant Area
We are looking for someone to work in our plant area throughout our busy spring season. Plant knowledge and experience preferred. Full & part time opportunities available.
Warehouse Operative
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the team. Responsibilities include general warehouse duties including lifting. Forklift licence preferred but not necessary. This is a full time, permanent position and previous experience is required.
Customer Service - Front Desk
Full time or part time permanent position available for a Customer Service, Front Desk role. Responsibilities include helping customers with information, returns & telephone enquires. Previous experience preferred and basic IT skills necessary.
Retail Assistant - Gift & Food Department
We are looking for a Retail Assistant for our Gift & Food department. Responsibilities include merchandising, display & sales. This is a full time/ part time temp. position.
